BOOKING POLICY

  • Check-in can be done from 4 pm to 8 pm on the day of arrival, and check-out until 12 noon on the day of departure.

  • Check-in after 20:00 may be expedited subject to availability and conditions to be agreed with Quinta do Marmeleiro.

  • Check-out after the established time is subject to an additional fee.

  • In the confirmation of the reservation, 50% of the value of the stay is requested.

  • Methods of payment at Quinta do Marmeleiro: Cash, Bank Transfer and MB Way.

  • Minimum stay of 2 nights.

  • Smoking is only allowed in outdoor spaces. Please respect the local environment.

  • The use and stay in the facilities of Quinta do Marmeleiro is only allowed to the number of guests mentioned in the booking conditions. Other outsiders are not allowed on the property.

  • Any photo or video production for publicity, advertising or commercial purposes is strictly prohibited during the stay. Shootings and media materials must be discussed prior to booking.

  • Given our remote location, accessing the Wifi and GSM network may temporarily present some difficulties.

  • Price options by season: Low season (01/11 to 31/05), Mid season (15/09 to 31/10), High season (01/06 to 14/09).

  • Quinta do Marmeleiro is committed to sustainability and therefore from the perspective of minimal use of resources, cleaning is carried out before and after the guests' stay. There is the possibility of extra cleaning actions, at the guest's request.

  • Pets are allowed.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Due to our reduced capacity, canceled bookings significantly affect us, we appreciate a responsible booking.

  • If you cancel the reservation in whole or in part up to 10 days before the arrival date, Quinta do Marmeleiro will refund the deposit payment.

  • Cancellation between 9 to 4 days before arrival: the guest will be charged the deposit amount.

  • Cancellation within 3 days of arrival, NO SHOW or Early Departure will be charged the total amount of the reservation.
